IT Business Analyst/ Hybrid / Shifting
Summary
Hybrid, shift-based IT Business Analyst role in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, working on IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects in US healthcare (payer, provider, health tech, BPO). Requires 5 years in IT incl. 2+ years US healthcare, plus Agile/Waterfall and stakeholder management skills.
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate or Master’s Degree with 5 years in Inforamtion technology, Computer science Engineering with at least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
• Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Preferred:
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Certifications, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
• Data analytics and reporting experience.
• Change management exposure.
• Process automation experience.
