We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

This is a project-based reliever role ideal for candidates who can start immediately and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Proven experience creating BRD, FSD, TSD, and User Stories

• Excellent documentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience conducting UAT and user training

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

• Can start ASAP

• Amenable to Hybrid work setup in BGC/ Makati

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum experience

• Process mapping and workflow documentation

• Experience working on application development or system implementation projects
