IT Executive

Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 4,200 per month

We're looking for an exceptional IT Executive to join our dynamic team. As an IT Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth operation of our company's information systems and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing both hardware and software components, ensuring data security and integrity and providing technical supports to all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all computing and network equipment are maintained and optimized to minimize downtime

• Oversee the installation and management of software applications and licenses

• Perform regular data backups and monitor data security protocols

• Administer SAP and email systems, providing user support and training as needed

• Conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with IT policies

• Assist in the procurement of hardware and software to meet internal and customer needs

• Respond to and resolve technical issues reported to the Help Desk in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you would require:

• At least a bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with SAP and email system administration

• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
