IT Specialist
Description
Salary: ฿45,000 – ฿55,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take responsibility for configuring IT infrastructure devices for VOSS.
Manage servers to maintain synchronization with Germany headquarters and ensure smooth IT operations.
Understand and contribute to business requirements during project implementation and lead continuous internal improvements.
Communicate regularly with colleagues in China on daily operations and collaborate with German colleagues on global projects.
Manage external vendors and implementation teams to ensure timely delivery, service quality, and effective collaboration.
Monitor IT infrastructure, including networks, CCTV systems, access control systems, and other related equipment.
Manage and maintain the company network and FortiGate security equipment at the Thailand location.
Conduct IT onboarding training for new employees and provide specific IT training, such as Outlook and file server access.
Coordinate IT support for production areas, including industrial control equipment, label printers, scanners, and Thin Clients.
Provide remote IT support to the Korea and Japan offices and resolve technical issues when necessary.
Comply with the company's information security management policies, maintain confidentiality, prevent unauthorized disclosure, and ensure information security.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure support within a medium- or large-sized manufacturing company. Management experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN networks, with extensive experience in network cabling and LAN setup.
Proficiency in configuring and selecting IT infrastructure equipment, including virtual servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows Servers, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Experience with SAP, SRM, CRM, MES, or similar enterprise applications is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global working environment.
Fluent spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues during conference calls.
Fluent Thai communication skills to support local colleagues and resolve technical issues. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
