Internal IT support role at East Asia Palm Products in Kuching, Sarawak: day-to-day support of computers, peripherals, and LAN/WiFi network infrastructure, plus enterprise applications like email, CRM, accounting, and inventory systems, with involvement in future system implementation projects.
1. Support computers and their peripherals, including operating systems, applications, printing, scanning, etc.
2. Support for network infrastructure such as LAN, WiFi, Broadband, network storage, routers, switches, and Wireless Access Points.
3. Support enterprise applications like email, attendance systems, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, accounting systems, inventory systems, etc.
4. Manage and support any future enterprise system implementation (i.e. be part of the project management team)
5. Working experience in IT Support (hardware, software, networking).
