Lead Apriso Support For Digital Manufacturing Support Team
Summary
Support role on L&T's internal digital manufacturing team: handling ServiceNow tickets and maintaining the DELMIA Apriso MES (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Time & Labor modules), with light development/debugging in SQL, HTML, JavaScript and C# and knowledge-base documentation.
Role & responsibilities
1. Exposure to ITSM tools (ticketing platform - ServiceNow).
2. Exposure to SQL, HTML, Java Script & C#
3. Experience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Time & Labor)
will be an added advantage.
4. Exposure to Apriso Desktop Client maintenance screens would be an added advantage.
5. Exposure to Apriso Process Builder, Interfaces, APIs would be an added advantage.
6. Exposure to ERP tools (SAP PP/MM modules) will be considered as added advantage.
7. Exposure to Tricentis TOSCA will be considered as added advantage.
8. Aptitude towards learning manufacturing business processes.
9. Broad Knowledge in Engineering Basics.
10. Knowledge of Wind turbines a plus but no required
11. Exposure to Delmia Apriso and Infor EAM but not required
12. Documentation Skills (Knowledge Base Articles)
