Maximo Support Engineer

Mandatory Skills

• 5-12 years of IT experience with strong hands-on IBM Maximo support (7.6.x / MAS)
• Domain knowledge of CMMS / EAM and facilities management processes
• Experience in Maximo configuration, workflows and security administration
• Good SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2)
• Ticket handling experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL processes

Good to Have

• IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9) and Maximo Mobile
• Maximo automation scripting (Jython / JavaScript)
• BIRT reporting
• Maximo integrations with ERP / third-party systems
