Program Manager (Power Marketing)

Summary

Oversee programs for selling and transmitting hydroelectric power, negotiate contracts, and develop policies for resource planning and management.

As a Program Manager (Power Marketing), you will develop, implement, and oversee robust programs for the sale and transmission of hydroelectric power to a highly diverse customer base. You will provide forward-thinking leadership to meet evolving customer needs while collaborating with other WAPA managers to establish and refine agency-wide policies, procedures, and standards.

As a Program Manager (Power Marketing), you will: Develops and implements programs for the sale and transmission of hydroelectric power to a wide and diverse customer base. Develops and implements power marketing plans and policies for sale, exchange, and purchase of electric power. Prepares, negotiates, and administers contracts for the sale, purchase, and transmission of Federal power and related services. Guides the development of polices for resource planning, scheduling, real-time management, and accounting of Federal power resources and service of loads.
