Long-term contract Project Manager in Brisbane (hybrid) managing IT outsourcing contracts for large enterprise clients — running RFQ/RFP processes, requirements gathering, milestone planning, governance/RAID management and executive reporting. Responsibilities:
- Working across outsourcing contracts
- Working across and managing RFQ process
- Running RPQ process with procurement and transition into business cases
- Requirements gathering
- Integrate planning and milestone management across requirements, RFP release, evaluation, negotiation, mobilisation and transition
- Work across governance, RAID management, stakeholder co-ordination and executive reporting
- Co-ordination of dependencies between sourcing decisions, insourcing, outcome bases service design and transition planning
- Delivery discipline to reduce risk or procurement delay and disruption to timeframes
- Other duties as directed
- Strong project management experience running similar types of projects
- Experience working on outsourcing contracts
- Infrastructure project management experience an advantage
- Experience working across RFQ process
- Experience running RFQ process
- Experience with planning and milestone management across requirements, RFP release, evaluation, negotiation, mobilisation and transition
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
