Relationship Manager - Home Loan / LAP

We are hiring a Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team in Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct sourcing of customers for home loans and LAP products. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation through field visits, references, and local market engagement. The Relationship Manager will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan login, sanction, and disbursement, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners is crucial for achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets. The candidate will also coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams to facilitate smooth case processing. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a graduate degree in any discipline and have 1-3 years of experience in home loan, LAP, housing finance, NBFC, or banking sales. Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential, along with a target-oriented mindset and a willingness to work in field sales. Local market knowledge is preferred.
