TheDriveGroup have partnered with a large Australian brand who are going through a large HRIS Program. This is for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team to work closely with senior stakeholders, gather requirements across different modules including Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, and Position management This will be a 2 year Transformation offering support to a Senior BA who will also offer mentorship. To be successful you MUST HAVE:- Senior Business Analyst experience
- HRIS Program
- Hire to Retire Process
- Requirement gathering, Documentation
- Data Mapping, Data processes
- Mapping AS is and Future state
- IChris Payroll System
- Workday/ SuccessFactors experience
- Working with Vendors
- Strong documentation, requirement gathering
- Strong senior stakeholder management
This role will be a 6month initial contract working in a hybrid working environment. 2 days from the office. There will be a two stage interview process and will require a background check.
