Senior Business Development Role - Commercial Leasing

Locations: Delhi | Hyderabad | Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

We are looking for dynamic Business Development professionals with experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Rental or Corporate Sales to drive business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive new customer acquisition and expand the equipment rental business.

- Achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets with P&L ownership.

- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, vendors, banks and NBFCs.

- Identify new business opportunities and emerging equipment categories.

- Design customized rental solutions, pricing and commercial structures.

- Lead corporate negotiations, RFPs, RFQs and rate contract discussions.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing benchmarking.

- Coordinate with internal teams for credit assessment and receivables securitization.

- Oversee asset tracking, inventory audits, utilization and redeployment.
