<div>Responsibilities</div><div>ü Acquire new customer for liability accounts and third party products by effectively managing the sales unit</div><div>ü Manage and motivate the sales team</div><div>ü Strategize on prospecting and efficient & effective approach to these client segments</div><div>ü Cross sell all products alongside the core product</div><div>ü Provide regular training on products and selling skills to the sales unit</div><div>ü Recruit staff for sales unit as and when required</div><div>ü Develop and continuously upgrade new innovative sales channels & techniques to maximize productivity</div><div>ü Implement the sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team</div><div>ü Monitor the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team</div><div>ü Drive the sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled</div><div>ü Derive insights to competitor sales activities and effectively counter the efforts</div><div>ü Set business standards for acquisition and cross sell</div><div>ü Evaluate training programs available and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs</div><div>Expected CandidateAge: Minimum 27 to Maximum 33 years</div><div>ProfileEducation: Post Graduation in any Discipline, MBA's with Specialization in Finance/Marketing shall be preferred</div><div>Past Experience:</div><div>ü Minimum 8 years work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations </div><div>Other Aspects / Skills:-</div><div>ü Good written and verbal communication skills </div><div>ü Fully conversant with MS Office </div><div>ü Excellent networking & interpersonal skills </div><div>ü Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance</div><div>ü Market knowledge of ‘Retail Banking’ or ‘Consumer Banking’ or ‘Branch Banking’</div><div>ü Knowledge of regulatory guidelines</div><div><br></div>
