Senior ServiceNow SRE Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow SRE Engineer to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our ServiceNow platform, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and processes. - Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, identifying and resolving issues proactively. - Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. - Participate in incident management and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to service disruptions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow, ITSM, and SRE, and apply this knowledge to enhance our service offerings.
