The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our ServiceNow platform, which is critical to our operations. As a Senior ServiceNow SRE Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ITSM processes are efficient and effective. Your expertise in string scripting will be essential for automating tasks and improving system performance. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving incidents, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance ITSM capabilities. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services. - Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. - Automate routine tasks using string scripting to improve efficiency. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Participate in on-call rotations to support critical incidents and outages.
