Senior SRE ITSM Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SRE ITSM Engineer to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, with a strong focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various platforms and services, enhancing overall system performance and reliability. - Develop and maintain scripts for automation and integration tasks, utilizing string scripting and other relevant technologies. - Monitor system performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Participate in incident management and problem resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective responses to service disruptions.
