We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming our IT services and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to optimize IT service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
