Summary
On-site Software Project Manager in Bangkok who executes and manages IT project plans, coordinating developers, testers, and system analysts while preparing documentation, TORs, budgets, and managing client communication, timelines, and risks. Requires 5+ years of PM experience; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/ITIL certifications are a plus.
Job Description
- Execute and manage project plans to achieve objectives, meet client requirements, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Coordinate with team members and cross-functional teams, including Developers, Testers, and System Analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, proposals, TORs, scope of work, budgets, and development plans.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide project updates, monitor progress, and manage timelines and risks.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, MBA, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to understand project objectives and explain requirements clearly.
- Good project management, problem-solving, risk assessment, and teamwork skills, service-minded and adaptable.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL will be an added advantage
- Having more than 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles
