About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester (QA & Product Research) to join our team.

You will be responsible for testing and evaluating a variety of digital products developed or operated by our company, including SaaS applications, websites, software tools, and PC games.

Your primary role is to ensure our products function correctly, provide a good user experience, and meet expected quality standards. You should be able to identify problems, reproduce issues, evaluate UI/UX from an end-user perspective, and recommend practical improvements.

As a secondary responsibility, you will conduct product research to help the company understand competing products, discover useful features, identify market opportunities, and continuously improve our existing and upcoming products.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing on assigned products, including SaaS applications, websites, software tools, and PC games, to identify functional defects, unexpected behaviors, and usability issues.

  • Conduct functional, exploratory, and regression testing to ensure that features work correctly under different scenarios and user interactions.

  • Investigate and reproduce issues systematically, documenting clear reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence such as screenshots or screen recordings.

  • Evaluate UI/UX from an end-user perspective, identifying confusing interfaces, inconvenient workflows, inconsistent designs, and other usability concerns.

  • Assess overall product quality, including ease of use, responsiveness, performance, accessibility, and user experience.

  • Recommend practical improvements to product functionality, interface design, user experience, and gameplay based on testing observations and common sense.

  • Organize and prioritize identified issues according to severity, frequency, and potential impact on users.

  • Prepare clear, structured testing reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and testing outcomes directly to management.

  • Verify resolved issues and retest updated products to ensure that fixes work correctly without introducing new problems.

Secondary Responsibilities — Product Research

  • Research and evaluate competing software products, SaaS platforms, websites, and PC games to understand their features, functionality, usability, and overall product experience.

  • Conduct comparative product analysis to identify competitors' strengths, weaknesses, differentiating features, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Explore emerging product trends, popular features, user expectations, and industry practices that may be relevant to the company's products and future developments.

  • Investigate user feedback, product reviews, gaming communities, and other publicly available sources to identify common user needs, frustrations, and preferences.

  • Research and propose potential new features, product enhancements, gameplay mechanics, or ideas that could improve product value and competitiveness.

  • Perform hands-on evaluations of reference products to understand how their features and user experiences compare with our own.

  • Summarize research findings into concise, evidence-based reports with actionable observations and recommendations for management.

About you

  • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, and an interest in technology and gaming.

  • No programming or source-code knowledge required.

  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates welcome.
