Summary
QA tester at ADP in Hyderabad (hybrid) performing manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs: writing Playwright UI/API automation (TypeScript/JavaScript), C# unit tests (MSTest/NUnit/xUnit), API testing with Postman/Bruno, SQL Server work, and CI/CD via Jenkins, while leveraging GenAI tools like Copilot across the test lifecycle.

B.E or MCA with 3-4 years of experience in Testing for web applications, APIs -
Must have 3+ years exp with C# and Unit testing framework like MStest, Nunit or XUnit. -
Must have Proficient with UI automation tools such as Playwright. -
Must have experience using GenAI tools ex Copilot, AmazonQ, LLMs -Must have experience in Web API, WCF and webservices testing tools like SOAPUI, Postman.
Must have SQL server hands-on experience -Must have Experience in continuous build Integration tools like TFS / Jenkins.
Must have Experience in code management tools like TFS & GIT -Must have Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, standards and best practices.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills and great eye for detail.
Knowledge of SQL to create and debug data sets. -Agile software development process experience. -Knowledge of load testing tools such as Visual studio load testing, JMeter or Load runner. -Knowledge of cucumber, and automation for APIs and client-side.
Responsible for performing System, Functionality, User Acceptance, Integration, GUI and Regression Testing both Manual and Automation testing (using Playwright test automation using Type Script/Java Script). Developing Test Plan, Test Scripts, Test Cases and Test Data both Manual and Automation scripts using Playwright. Perform issue and root cause analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace to identify defect origin and system-level failures. Use and create test automation lifecycle AI agents to streamline test creation, conversion, execution and reporting across the automation lifecycle. Perform API automation using Postman, Bruno and Playwright, validating request/response contracts, status codes and data integrity. Use Jenkins to execute and manage test automation scripts through CI/CD pipelines. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Capable of working as an individual and a Strong team player with excellent communication, coordinating, relationship building skills with Team Members and Business Users Excellent analytical skills with Fast and self-studying learner of new and required technologies. Developing Traceability Matrix and defect metrics report to identify the latency and slippage of defects.
