竹南廠輪班生產技術員 (Production Technician)
主要職責： 支持生產線的日常運營，物料/生產安排以及日常運營機台操作。 遵守標準作業程序，滿足生產要求。 與工程師或助工一起改善生產線設置（例如：物料清單，生產路線，SOP等）。 遵守工作安全相關規定與公司核心價值。 認真學習生產站點並通過站點認證。 對製程和設備的基本故障排除。 良好溝通與團隊合作。 資格要求： 專科以上學歷。 具1年以上工廠製造經驗尤佳。 具有基本的故障排除能力。 良好的團隊合作。 需能接受夜班輪班工作。
