IT Business Analyst supporting US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, health tech) initiatives from a hybrid base in Taguig, Cebu, or Davao. Day to day involves IT, digital transformation, and process improvement projects using Agile and Waterfall, with heavy stakeholder management and presentation work.
Salary: ₱52,000 – ₱73,000 per month

Qualifications:
Required:
• Graduate or Master’s Degree with 5 years in Information Technology, Computer science Engineering with at least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
• Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Preferred:
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Certifications, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
• Data analytics and reporting experience.
• Change management exposure.
• Process automation experience.
