Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Manager in maintaining and supporting the company's core IT infrastructure.

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, internet access, and office systems.

• Perform backup management and ensure data integrity and recovery procedures are in place.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password administration.

• Support and troubleshoot email systems, printing systems, and telephone systems.

• Provide application support for internal business systems and software.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.

• Assist with system upgrades, software installations, and routine maintenance.

• Document IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

• Ensure compliance with the company's IT policies and security standards.

• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and computer hardware.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backup systems, and network troubleshooting is an added advantage.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Willing to travel to branches when required
