IT Support & Information Security Executive

Salary: RM 3,260 – RM 4,200 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.

• Manage IT assets, hardware, software, and user access via Microsoft Entra ID.

• Support ISO 27001 and TISAX compliance and certification activities.

• Provide daily technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, networks, CCTV, operating systems, Outlook, business applications and other IT-related issues.

• Support IT requirements for new business projects and initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge

• Networking: Routing, switching, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless access points.

• Information Security: ISO 27001 and TISAX knowledge.

• Infrastructure: CCTV and fingerprint/access control systems.

• Microsoft Entra ID and user access management.

• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
