We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and identity management. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and providing exceptional support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Oversee identity management processes, including user provisioning and access control.
- Provide technical support for Active Directory, ensuring proper user management and security protocols.
- Administer endpoint management solutions to maintain device security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN, DNS, LAN, WAN, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.
- Implement ITIL 4 best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges.
- Document processes and maintain knowledge base articles for user reference.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and identity management.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and endpoint management.
- Experience with VPN, DNS, LAN, WAN, DHCP, and VLAN technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL 4 principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
