Summary
Field/bench IT technician at a computer and printer servicing company in Kota Kinabalu: repairing and servicing printers, plotters, multifunction printers and related computer equipment, attending to customers and reporting job progress. Core needs: hardware troubleshooting, computer/electronics diploma, Bahasa Malaysia and English, own transport.
Salary: RM 1,900 – RM 2,500 per month

About the role
We are an IT company specialising in servicing and repairs of computers, printers and related equipment. We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our highly motivated team.
Key responsibilities
General servicing and repairs of printers, plotters, multifunction printers and computer related equipment.
Attend to customers as required
Assist other team members as required
Updating the service advisor on job progress
About you
Good problem solving and decision-making skills
Clean, presentable, punctual at all times
Computer literate
Highly motivated and willingness to continue to learn and improve
Current driver's license and own transport
Diploma in discipline related to computer or electronics hardware
Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English
