Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead enterprise-level solution design, architecture, and implementation. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise across ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD, along with relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Lead solution design and implementation across ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
• Oversee ServiceNow configurations, scripting, workflows, and customisations.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Manage CMDB architecture, service mapping, and platform governance.
• Ensure coding standards, security, performance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Review technical deliverables and resolve complex platform issues.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Good understanding of CMDB, workflows, automation, and platform customisation.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CIS certifications in ITOM, ITAM, and/or HRSD.
• CTA / CMA certifications are highly desirable.

Note: Candidates with enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience across ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD are preferred
