Prestige Auto Tech is hiring a results-driven Automotive Service Advisor for our Miami team.

We offer a steady flow of customers, experienced technicians, and a professional environment built for success. What we need is someone who can confidently present repair estimates, handle objections, and consistently secure customer approvals.

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a proven sales record
• Strong closing skills, especially with high-value repairs
• Confident presenting estimates and asking for the sale
• Skilled at overcoming objections and following up
• Goal-oriented, organized, and accountable for results
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• European vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Be Doing

• Turn technician findings into approved repair orders
• Present recommendations and explain the value of repairs
• Follow up on outstanding estimates and declined services
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
• Work closely with technicians to maximize shop productivity
• Consistently work toward individual and shop sales goals
