Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced, sales-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Miami team.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just explain repairs but knows how to create value, earn customer confidence, and turn recommendations into approved work.

With a strong customer base, skilled technicians, and a professional shop environment, you'll have the support to focus on what you do best: selling automotive services and delivering results.

What Makes You the Right Candidate?

• Proven success in automotive service sales
• Strong closing skills and confidence with high-dollar estimates
• Ability to overcome objections and secure customer approvals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Consistent follow-up on unsold estimates
• Motivated by sales targets and measurable results
• European automotive experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Present repair recommendations and close sales
• Turn digital vehicle inspections into approved repair orders
• Follow up on declined services and pending estimates
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Consistently achieve individual and shop sales goals
