What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Strong sales and closing abilities
• Confidence selling high-ticket automotive repairs
• Ability to handle objections and communicate value
• Excellent follow-up and customer retention skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• European vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Present repair estimates and secure customer approvals
• Convert digital inspections into authorized repair work
• Follow up on pending estimates and declined services
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain shop productivity
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
