IT Business Analyst
Summary
IT Business Analyst in Central Jakarta who gathers and documents business requirements, prepares BRD/FSD documents and process flow diagrams, and acts as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams on IT projects. Open to junior (1-2 yrs) and mid-level (2-5 yrs) candidates.
Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
Junior Level: 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Middle Level: 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Able to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flow diagrams.
Understand business process analysis and requirements mapping.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience in IT projects is an advantage.
